As a massage therapist and body worker one of the best home remedies I recommend is taking baths with bath salts.

Bath salt baths purge the toxins in your blood stream, in your muscles, and down the drain they go. Hydrotherapy is an amazing healing practice and it isnt just for sore muslces.

These salts are dead sea salts, epsom salt with an essential oil blend that includes infused herbs oil, and essential oils. In this blend are eucalyptus, lavender and rosemary essential oils and herbs. Our own blend especially blended by me for relief of overworked and congested respiratory system. Highly effective on the body and achey muscles.

It is highly concentrated, therefore you will want to mix a 1/4 with 2-3 cups epsom salts
