DIY Vegan Face mask

It's time to blend your own face mask! This  is a super hydrating facial treatment mask I learned many years ago while doing my herbal studies in San Francisco. 

It is loaded with antioxidant, protein, enzymes, and essential fatty acids to soothe dry or sensitive skin.

heres what you will need....

Ingredients*

1/4th cut of a ripe avocado 

1 tablespoon whole Hemp Milk

1 teaspoon Manuka honey

1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Step 1

Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mash until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Cleanse face with your facial cleanse, always use warm water never hot and pat dry with a soft towel

Step 3

Stir your mask and apply a fairly layer of the mask to your face and neck. 

Sit in silence or in a quiet space, quiet your mind, meditate for 20 min.

Step 4

Rinse the mask off and Pat dry with a soft towel  follow with your face moisturizer or face oil. 

Do once a week or as desired
